Return & Exchange Policy
At BabbleWrap , we care about hygiene and safety, so once your order is dispatched, we can't accept returns or exchanges. Our policy is a "no exchanges, no refunds" on all products. However, if you’ve received a non-personalized product and something’s not right, let us know within 3 days of receiving it, and we’ll take a look at your case!

To process a refund or exchange, we’ll need an unboxing video of the product as proof of any issues. If we approve your return or exchange, just send it back to our Mumbai head office (we’ll send you the return details). Please make sure the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging!
Once we get the product back and our team checks it, we’ll send out your replacement based on our usual delivery times. If a refund is granted (we’ll decide on that), you’ll receive:
A discount code for your refund amount (valid for 6 months)
Refund to your payment wallet or cash (selectively)
Credit card refunds may take up to 20 working days
Please note, shipping and courier charges aren’t refundable.
