Shipping and Returns
BabbleWrap babbles all over India (and to select destinations outside the country). Your products are shipped to you via BabbleWrap approved courier companies only. All orders are considered to be confirmed, only after receipt of full payment (please refer to Payment Modes for information on payment options).Shipping and Courier (Delivery Time):

- the number of products (with an option personalize);
- the range of products; and
- the final delivery location.
The products may take up to 7 working days to ship (i.e. to be dispatched from our warehouse) as detailed in the individual product descriptions. Please account for additional time taken by the courier company to deliver the products to you (generally a function of the final delivery location). While we work around the clock to ensure your order reaches you on time, BabbleWrap cannot be held responsible for any delays or situations beyond our control.Key Things to Note:
- In case of an order with more than 1 product, all products may be shipped together or in parts (depending on the vendor).
- For orders with many products being shipped together, the longest shipping time (as detailed in the individual product descriptions) for the products ordered is applicable to the entire order.
- You will receive an email and/or text message with the courier tracking details once your order has been shipped.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
A charge of Rs. 100 is levied for all orders below Rs. 2500. For orders above Rs. 2500, courier charges are not applicable. Express delivery courier charges if applicable, will be as per actuals.Order Amendments and Cancellations
Due to the personalized nature of many products, once the order has been placed, it may not be amended / cancelled. If you do wish to amend / cancel your order, please email us on info@BabbleWrap.com (or) call us at +91-7021719560, and we will to our best ability, try and meet your requirements. Please allow for a minimum of 3 working days for a response to your request.Returns and Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety concerns for many products, once the order has been dispatched, it may not be returned / exchanged. BabbleWrap maintains a strict no exchange or refund policy on all products. If there is a genuine case for return / exchange of non-personalized products, please email us on info@BabbleWrap.com (or) call us at +91-7021719560 within 3 days of receiving your order. Such requests will be handled on case-by-case basis. Please allow for a minimum of 3 working days for a response to your request.
In case your request for return / exchange has been approved, the customer is responsible for returning the product to head-office in Mumbai (return courier details to be shared vide email). Please ensure the product is returned without any damage and is in its complete packaging to be eligible for a return / exchange.
In case of an exchange / refund being approved, the same will be processed only after receipt of the product and an assessment by our quality team, on damages, if any, to the product returned. The replacement will be dispatched to you as per the delivery times (refer above). In case of a refund being approved (at the discretion of BabbleWrap), it may be provided in the following forms:
- Discount Code for refundable amount, to be used against any subsequent purchase (with a validity of up to 6 months)
- Refunds in the form of reimbursement of Payment Wallets, Cash mode, etc. will be on selective basis only
- Credit Card refunds may take up to 20 working days to process Please note that shipping and courier charges will not be refunded.
